Service Description
Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep? Are you looking for a weekly practice to quiet the chatter in your mind? Do you want to learn techniques to quiet the sympathetic nervous system? Restorative yoga holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props and breathwork to promote a deep relaxation. This class creates a safe environment for the body to escape from the stress state and drop into a state of relaxation and replenishment. No yoga experience necessary. Everyone's welcome! Recommended props: 4-5 folded towels or blankets 1-2 pillows or yoga bolster 2 yoga blocks or large books 1 yoga strap, belt, or scarf 1 chair or stool (sometimes) eye mask (optional)
