Want a safe and supportive weekly practice to strengthen your core? Looking to prevent low back pain and see better posture? Yoga for inner core focuses on the area behind the belly button down to the lower spine and targets the muscles of the pelvic floor and deep core. It’s a slow-paced yoga class designed for all levels of experience and will benefit those with lower back pain, poor posture, and postpartum healing (no matter how old your children are). No yoga experience necessary. Everyone's welcome! Recommended props: 2 folded towels or blankets 2 yoga blocks or large books 1 yoga strap, belt, or scarf 1 yoga bolster or couch cushion (sometimes) eye mask (optional)
